Client List

The Client List report allows firms to view or print basic information about clients, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and statuses.

Permissions Required for this Report

In the staff profile, staff must be assigned to a security group that is granted View functional rights for the following:

  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Shared Library > Shared Views
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > <Client Profile Report>
  • Note: The Client Profile and Client List reports use the same Firm Library permission.

  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Administration Manager > Client Manager > Client profile

Reports in Foundation that are Comparable

In Practice Management and Practice Advantage, there are no comparable reports. This is a new standard report.

Client ID/Sub-ID

The client ID and sub-ID (Client ID.Sub-ID).

Client Name

The client name.

Address

The address for the type selected.

City

The client's city.

State

The client's state.

ZIP/Postal Code

The client's ZIP or postal code.

Email

The email address for the type selected.
Phone The phone number for the type selected.
Phone Ext The phone number extension for the type selected.
Status The client's status.
Client Count The number of clients included in the report.
